Tayaba is MCM’s Business Intelligence Team Leader and a member of the Assurance – Risk Advisory Services Team. Her passion for data and serving clients led her to develop the Analytic Solutions service line and become a visionary for the Firm’s Business Intelligence Team. She works with clients to provide vision, strategy and road mapping to achieve their long- and short-term goals. Through this process, she is able to help clients realize the importance of data analytics technology and how it can be used to strengthen their organization and make data-driven decisions.
Tayaba is experienced in creating secure and governed data processes. Her skills also include creating and implementing data analytics dashboards that include data provisioning, collection, mining, integration, transformation, analysis, and visualization. She uses her knowledge of data systems and previous experience in traditional and IT audits to serve clients in a variety of industries.
An active member in the firm, Tayaba leads MCM’s Indianapolis Women’s Inspirational Network (WIN) Committee. Recently, she was honored as the winner of MCM’s 2021 Shark Tank Competition, designing organizational improvements currently in implementation firm wide.
