Sydney Brooks began her professional career with MCM in 2013. She specializes in accounting and regulatory services with an emphasis on employee benefit plans, construction, and insurance industries with a focus on property and casualty, life, health, and captive insurance companies reporting both Statutory and GAAP basis.

Sydney leads the Insurance Niche group and is actively involved in firm initiatives, continuous audit process improvements, new hire training, and firm recruiting.
