Nathan’s accounting and audit experience includes over ten years in the affordable housing arena, bringing to the table specialized knowledge of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HUD programs. In addition to audits of financial statements, Nathan has significant experience interpreting the regulatory compliance implications for clients in this industry. In addition to his specialization in affordable housing, Nathan is a dedicated servant and resource for many non-profit organizations in Indiana and Kentucky. Nathan is an active contributor to various MCM industry focus areas, serving on MCM’s Manufacturing and Distribution, Non-Profit, Employee Benefits, and Real Estate Services Teams. His research and analytical skills, commitment to accuracy, and informed discussions are especially valuable in his work with clients across the board.
