Nathan Plack’s accounting and audit experience includes several years in the affordable housing arena, bringing to the table specialized knowledge of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and HUD programs. In addition to audits of financial statements, Nathan has significant experience interpreting the regulatory compliance implications for clients in this industry. In addition to his specialization in affordable housing, Nathan serves many non-profits in Kentuckiana and also serves on MCM’s Non-Profit, Employee Benefits, and Real Estate Services Teams. His analytical skills, commitment to accuracy, and informed discussions are especially valuable in his work with clients across the board.
