Nathan Plack’s accounting and audit experience includes several years in the affordable housing arena, bringing to the table specialized knowledge on the LowIncome Housing Tax Credit and HUD programs. In addition to audits of the financial statements, Nathan has significant experience interpreting the regulatory compliance implications for clients in this industry.In addition to his specialization in affordable housing, Nathan serves many non-profits in Kentuckiana and also serves on the MCM Real Estate Services, Non-Profit andEmployee Benefits Teams. His analytical skills, commitment to accuracy, and informed discussion are especially valuable in his work with clients across the board.
