Lucinda is a Senior Manager in our Tax Services Team and the Investment Partnership Team and has multiple years of experience working with venture capital in the tax industry, investment and operating partnerships with complex distribution and allocation methodologies, preparation and review of income tax returns, and tax planning. She also has experience providing construction project oversight for financing and actual cost-to-budget control purposes on commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
