Kevin Mlincek is the Director of Finance for MCM and has more than 20 years of public accounting and financial services experience. He previously worked at a large regional financial services firm where he held the positions of Controller and Director of Risk and Regulatory Control. Kevin started his career at Ernst & Young in the assurance practice working with a variety of publicly traded and privately held companies.
As the Director of Finance, Kevin has oversight for leading and managing the Firm’s internal accounting department, financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning and forecasting, and providing financial support to help execute strategic planning initiatives.
