Kerry Blue is a Senior Manager and leads MCM’s International Tax Team with more than 20 years of experience. His focus and expertise include strategic tax planning related to global acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and equity investment within the hospitality, financial services, media and software industries. He has a strong knowledge of US international taxation in the areas of subpart F, FTC, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and transfer pricing.

His previous experience includes developing and analyzing US international and foreign tax planning strategies to mitigate global tax risks and optimize efficiency with respect to offshore operations and structure for U.S. multinational corporations.
