Kathy provides consulting services for all types of defined contribution plans. She has extensive experience in retirement planning with 401(k) profit-sharing plans, safe harbor features, new comparability / cross-tested plans, and employee stock ownership plans. Utilizing her 30 years in retirement planning, Kathy assists clients in determining the type of plan that is most beneficial for their needs. She also provides plan document and government forms preparation, compliance testing, and other third-party administrative services. Prior to joining MCM CPAs & Advisors LLP in 1996, Kathy was employed by a national actuarial and consulting firm, where she specialized in 401(k) plans.
