Eleanor Livingston


Not-For-Profit Tax Service Leader


Eleanor is a Senior Manager in our Tax Services Team and is the leader for the not-for-profit tax area. Eleanor has more than twenty years of experience serving all types of exempt organizations and foundations, helping them through their lifecycles from formation to dissolution.  Her experience includes converting private foundations to public charities as well as the reverse and helping entities regain their exempt status. In addition to tax issues, Eleanor advises her not-for-profit clients on matters including board governance, process improvement and strategic direction.  Prior to joining MCM, Eleanor worked for Catholic Health Initiatives, a large nonprofit health system.  Before her move to Catholic Health Initiatives, she was in charge of the regional not-for-profit tax practice for a public accounting firm in Michigan.
