Doug is MCM’s Business Development Executive and leads the firm’s sales and development efforts for new and existing clients, including brainstorming sessions and relationship reviews. Additionally, he drives business development skills training and practices with senior management.

Mr. Helm’s many years of commercial banking experience bring value and guidance to the firm’s business clients regarding their banking relationships and capital potential. Doug consults with businesses to help them improve their current banking relationships, make loan requests look more attractive, obtain additional financing, or find the right fit with a new bank.
