Brad is a Partner on our Assurance and Advisory Services Team with more than 30 years of experience in public accounting. He has experience providing audit, attestation, corporate finance, business valuation, consulting, and tax services to businesses. His practice centers on investment partnerships for private equity, venture capital, mezzanine debt and hedge funds, and the portfolio companies of these partnerships. Brad has experience serving numerous industries, including investment partnerships, technology, financial services, healthcare, multi-unit and franchised restaurants, and manufacturing and distribution, both domestically and internationally. Brad’s background in corporate finance services includes buy- and sell-side due diligence services, quality of earnings and pre-acquisition reviews, operational reviews and financial forecasting. He has also led or reviewed valuation engagements, including privately-held investments, software, professional sports, and consumer media arenas, and businesses in consumer goods, paper, printing, and electrical products.
